Chief of Department of Family & Community Medicine

In particular, you will play a pivotal role in advancing UHN’s vision and model of integrated care with community partners and MOHLTC goals of Ontario Health Teams.  This position also anticipates that the candidate qualifies for, or holds a full-time academic appointment at the rank of Associate or Full Professor of Family & Community Medicine, University of Toronto.  Canada’s largest university, the University of Toronto is recognized as a global leader in research and teaching.  As the successful candidate, you must possess MD and CCFP or equivalent qualifications, and have, or be eligible for, licensure in Ontario.
